My Happy Place
Lessons from the Morning Glory

I took this photo today because it shows the tenacity of this beautiful flower. Considered a weed by gardeners, it is also called “bindweed.” It is nearly impossible to kill. In spite of the obstacles in its path, it perseveres. In adversity, it has grown stronger and has finally made it to the sunlight, where it can bloom.
Morning Glory teaches me strength in adversity. She speaks to me about how to be successful and how to grow into my beauty.
Quote of the Day – 08.23.21
Blessings of the Quiet
It will be a quiet holiday for many. It will be a good time to get to know ourselves again. To seek to understand what is important to our psyche (soul). In the Celtic calendar, this is the Dark Time of the Year which began at Samhain (November), a time intended as an incubation period, a time of gestation. A time filled with dreams and creativity, and of stories; the inner creation of what we desire to manifest in the spring. Embrace the quiet this holiday season, and go deep into the mysteries. They wait in the dark silence for the spark of your soul to ignite the magic. Make good use of this gift of time. Many Blessings. ![]()
